Microsoft OneDrive launched its paid premium plan which included a variety of exclusive features. I had the opportunity to illustrate each product feature which appears in a dialog window on the web and the mobile apps (iOS & Android). Users toggle through each feature “card” and are able to see a visual metaphor accompanied by explanatory text. After testing another version without illustrations against this version, the illustrations showed a significant increase in interaction and conversion from free to paid subscriptions.
